El Maltese Falcon es el yate privado más increíble jamás construido. En primer lugar es el más grande (88 metros) pero es sobre todo, el más moderno en su concepción y por la suma de las innovaciones tecnológicas presentes a su bordo.
Este velero de 88 metros tiene tres mástiles rotatorios y 2400 metros cuadrados de velas. Presenta una maniobrabilidad y una flexibilidad de navegación sin igual gracias a un sistema de manejo de velas que es el más avanzado del mundo.
El costo aproximado de este barco "histórico" está cerca de los 100 millones de dólares (más de 75 millones de euros).
